After a lifetime of chronic constipation, extreme physical demands from bodybuilding competitions, and the hormonal chaos that followed years of yo-yo dieting and postpartum stress, she found herself facing a perfect storm of health challenges—SIBO, interstitial cystitis, and an overactive immune system.
